Any information collected is for the sole purpose of SnoWhite Media & Design's blog and design company. Your privacy is important to us. Use of information

We may use a combination of identifying and non-identifying information to understand who our visitors are, how they use our services, and how we may improve their experience of our website in future. We do not disclose the specifics of this information publicly, but may share aggregated and anonymised versions of this information, for example, in website and customer usage trend reports.

We may use your personal details to contact you with updates about our website and services, along with promotional content that we believe may be of interest to you. If you wish to opt out of receiving promotional content, you can follow the “unsubscribe” instructions provided alongside any promotional correspondence from us.

  • BLOG COMMENTS
    If you choose to leave a comment on the blog, your name, email and URL are collected. The purpose of collecting this information is to display to other viewers to identify you as the person who left the comment. This allows for open dialogue and conversation between commenters. Your name and URL (if submitted) will be displayed, but your email will not. The email is saved in case we need to contact you directly about the comment you left. You can choose to comment on the blog as a guest and only your name will be required. If you'd like your comment and information to be deleted, please contact us to request this action.
     

  • CONTACT FORMS
    When you fill out a "contact" form on my Contact page, your email, and name are collected when you submit the form to get in touch with me. This data is collected so that I can email you to answer any questions you have, and to initiate a conversation about any of the services that you're interested in. This data is stored for up to 2 years in my email inbox, after which it is deleted entirely. If you would like to request information to be deleted or reviewed that you've submitted through a contact form, please contact us directly.
     

  • NEWSLETTER
    If you sign up for the SnoWhite Media & Design newsletter, it is through Squarespace Email Campaigns, a company which provides online platforms that can be used to create, send, and manage emails. In providing this service, Squarespace may collect personal information, such as distribution lists which contain email addresses that Members have sent, or intend to send, emails to, and all information relating to those email addresses. For further information about the type of personal information Squarespace collects, please refer to their Privacy Policy.

    Squarespace Email Campaign will use this information for the purpose of hosting the online platform to enable members (such as SnoWhite Media & Design) to create, send and manage emails. Squarespace will also use this information to measure their Email Campaign’s performance and to improve the features for specific segments of customers, evaluate your use of our website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Squarespace may transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Squarespace’s behalf. Squarespace uses cookies to collect information about when you visit the website, when you use the services, your browser type and version, your operating system, and other similar information.

    We are required to inform you that by subscribing to our e-newsletter:

    • you consent to your personal information being collected, used, disclosed and stored as set out in Squarespace’s Privacy Policy and agree to abide by Squarespace’s Terms of Service.

    • you understand and acknowledge that this service utilizes the Squarespace platform

    • You can opt out of our e-newsletter if you chose the ‘unsubscribe’ service provided by Squarespace in every email, or contact SnoWhite Media & Design. You can also request that your data is completely deleted by contacting SnoWhite Media & Design. You can also disable or refuse cookies; however, you may not be able to use the services provided by Squaarespace if cookies are disabled.   • LOG DATA
    When you visit our website, our servers may automatically log the standard data provided by your web browser. It may include your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, and other details.

    We may also collect data about the device you’re using to access our website. This data may include the device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, device settings, and geo-location data. What we collect can depend on the individual settings of your device and software. Children's Privacy Policy

Snowhite Media + Design is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.
